1.  Former "Heraeus Photovoltaics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." is renamed "Haitian Smart Manufacturing (Shanghai) New Materials Co., Ltd.";

2.  Former "Heraeus Photovoltaic Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." is renamed "Haitian InnoTech (Shanghai) New Materials Co., Ltd.";

3.  Former "Heraeus Photovoltaics Singapore Pte. Ltd." is renamed "Haitian New Materials Singapore Pte. Ltd.".

Following this name change, the legal entity, unified social credit code, bank accounts and all legal relationships of the original companies will remain unchanged.Contracts and agreements previously signed remain valid. Our procurement cooperation model, settlement processes and commitment to partnership will remain unaffected. We will continue to uphold our professional, integrity-based business philosophy and provide you with superior products and services.
